Payouts needing action
These jobs were accepted by their employer, but the automatic Paystack transfer to the seeker
couldn't start (most often because the account is still on Starter Business, which has no
access to Transfers). The employer already paid escrow — this money is sitting in the
platform's balance. Either retry automatically once eligible, or pay the seeker directly from
the platform's own M-Pesa/bank and record it below.
Disputes
Jobs where the seeker's work was rejected the maximum number of times without agreement.
Review the full submission history, then either pay the seeker anyway or cancel the job and
refund the employer.
Admin users
Promote an existing registered user (seeker or employer) to admin, and choose what they can
access. Super admin sees everything, including this screen.
Finance admin only sees Payouts Needing Action. Support admin
only sees Disputes.
